Is there any way to make max velocity 300% in vegas pro 16?

In all of the tutorials that I watch on youtube they drag velocity to the top of the clip and it goes to three hundred. When I drag to the top it goes to 1000. Is there any way I can make the velocity max out at 300%?

Right + Click the first point on the Velocity Envelope. From the options presented, select 300% and Hold.

You can click "Set To" to manually input the amount of velocity Value
