Looks like a conflict due to each Video codec and Audio codec.

The Video codec is AVC and usually it pairs with Audio codec of AAC.

What your shared-mediainfo data shows the Audio codec is MPEG audio (MP3?)

If this MP4 is from other editor or screen capture application, change the encoding video codec to AVC and encoding audio codec to AAC.

If you can't resave or reedit, then you need to transcode the MP4.

I switched over the audio encoding to aac instead of mp3 and it works, thank you very much!
