Issues when rendering

I have the following issue when attempting to do any render with sony vegas (I have tried 3 separate render options)

1.The full video renders from beginning to end.

2. Vegas shows me that the video should be for example 4gbs

3. When I go to play the video it for some reason is only about half that (sometimes a bit more than half sometimes less, the point is the whole video is not there even though the whole video renderred?)

4. When i try to play the video it is not the entire video and after reaching a certain point it goes back to the start and starts playing again.

5. Most players i use just replay the video after the point of which it is ''corrupted'' or just not renderred, however media players says: can't open video it uses unsupported encoding settings

6. The video will be the full lenght at which it was renderred, but after let's say 15 minutes it just resets as the rest is missing.

Help please!
