lab filter issue

I realize that there is a bug with the lab color corrector filter in vp13;(latestversion, I haven t tried others) with gpu on.
When applying the fx, it does absolutely nothing and the clip play random frames.
I ve been trying with avchd interlaced footages (mts file), canon 1080p mov files, avi cineform files; the bug is the same.
Gpu off no problem.
I have a GTX570 with the latest Nvidia driver.
Does somedy else can repro this bug?

Using Vegas Pro 13 (444):

I applied the LAB filter to a Canon MOV file with GPU on and off. Invert Luminance and Desaturate worked except, with GPU off, the frame rate dropped to 0.3 FPS on my System 1.

Same result on my System 2 except that the playback frame rate was about 0.77 fps with the intel HD4000 video adapter off.

The filter worked but, at less than 1 FPS, the Preview was doing "nothing".

Back when I was using a Canon vexia to record some long presentaions, I noticed a real stability issue with .mts files. I would do a test by converting your .mts file to xdcam-ex.mxf, then try your filter. .mts is not a good edit format. You could also try XAVC too, but xdcam will require less system reseources.

The Nvidia card operating in GPU mode is most likely the issue. I really think Nvidia should pull their advertising feature of OpenCL support. Everyone complains about OpenCL(gpu) operation and Vegas on nVidia cards. If you look at an other app like luxrender, which is OpenCL based, NVIDIA also brings up the rear.
