LARGE format editing

Does any of the Studio products allow you to edit the Giroptic video format, 2048 X 2014 MP4?????

Or any of the V.360 camera formats, all MP$, 6480 X 1080, or 3840 X 640, or 2880 X 480, or 1920 X 320????

All these are from action cams that take 360 horizontal or global videos.

Looking at the help for Vegas Pro and Movie Studio, it says the maximum project width and height are:

Vegas Pro: 4096x4096

Movie Studio: 3840x2160
