Live Multicam screen projector output with added text

This question is not connected to Vegas Pro software, but more to Live Production with added text. Perhaps those who usually work with Church video production can help.

I have a client asking to have text added on the projector screen aside of Multicamera mix output. For the multicamera switching, that can be done with BMD ATEM switcher. I want to leave this system as it is for recording.

So for the added text or other graphic purposes, from any possible options, seems I will need to have one output from ATEM switcher system, go into HDMI capture device (in my case: BMD Intensity Shuttle) of another computer, use opensource OBS Studio and output that to secondary monitor of projector.

The only challenge will be how to show multiple texts or graphic on it... whether to prepare the graphic one by one or else.

Any better suggestion besides this system (or perhaps suggested open-source Church-specialized application that capable of combining live feed videos) ?

Does each screen require different text at the same time or do all the screens show the same thing at the same time? I'm not clear about that part of your question. Also, do you want your text to display over live video?

I'm not an ATEM expert! That said, if all the screens show the same thing at the same time, I believe it's rather easy to prepare your graphics ahead of time, then upload them to the ATEM's Media Pool. Text you want to display over live graphics should contain an alpha channel for the best possible key. I don't know how much data is available in your ATEM switcher for graphics.

Does that answer your question? The answer I provided is really quite simple, so I can't help thinking I'm missing something!

Note to self (everyone else please look away -- the note that follows is a reminder for mine eyes only): Figure out a clever, kick-booty signature that suggests I'm completely aware of how to properly and exhaustively party on and that I, in fact, engage in said act on a frequent and spontaneous basis. All joking aside, listing my computer's properties is a futile endeavor. I edit multimedia in a local television station newsroom that has Vegas Pro installed on several machines with widely varied specs. We began editing non-linearly with Pinnacle Studio Version 8. That didn't last long before we upgraded to Vegas Video Version 4, then to Vegas Pro 10.
