Magix Video Pro 19, new install "Not REsponding"

added footage to timeline and added a few edits and it goes into "Not Responding" mode. restart both laptop and Magix Video Pro and it gets stuck in not responding. I also reinstalled my OS and same happens with this application. I upgraded to version 19 because my magix pro 16 copy was doing the same. This is a new laptop also.

I am having the same problem. I contacted Magix... Last project I did worked perfectly.

Now I cannot create a new project, cannot load most old projects, and if I can load an older project it won't playback. Mine crashes to point that the display driver crashes as well. My monitor goes blank then might come back.

I'm running 19.0.643 I tried:

- Rolling back to last system restore point

- Reinstalling vegas

- Ran health tests on PC w/ Magix AutoPilot and another GPU health testing software, no issues found

Have had no luck.

This is a forum for Vegas Pro- is that the software you are using? Video Pro is different: https://www.magix.com/us/video-editor/video-pro-x/

Unless @Robert-Harris4409 clearly says what actual product he owns and provides the information from HERE, especially part "B", we will never know what actual product he is referring to.
