I created this video

and I was wondering if I could make the black background around the text into another video coming towards you with Vacation transparent to it reveals another video behind the first video. Vacation would have to be transparent so you could see the video in the background. IS this possible in Vegas? I have been trying but I can't seem to figure it out. Vegas 13 Pro using Windows 7.
