@Kimberly-Durecki

I made a short video showing the way to go using Mocha Pro Plugin in Vegas. The purpose of the video is just to show the process and with this knowledge you will do it with more precision.

Here's a tutorial. One more thing, if you pre-stabilize the video, it'll probably make the tracking process much easier. There's little shakes in the image that could be smoothed out first. I didn't do that here, and still got a solid track.

@Kimberly-Durecki Hi, if you have Mocha there's an easier way, no need to transfer tracking data to Vegas tracking, & you mentioned some properties are odd shaped/not rectangle, just use the Mocha spline as a mask for an inserted layer, Mocha is a planer tracker & in your clip there's no plane that stays in any kind of regular pattern because of the orbit of the camera, so getting a good track isn't easy, but doing it the way i mention that doesn't matter as the spline can be keyframed & made into any shape you wish, ((I'm assuming your version of Mocha can do as my latest version can, sorry if not), if your PC struggles to play the Vegas timeline with Mocha FX added, you might be better tracking & creating the spline in Mocha, but then render that as a Mocha mask directly out of Mocha, you'll get a B/W video which you can add to the Vegas timeline & use as a mask, that will play back a lot better than with the Mocha fx added,

I put this on YT so you get full 4k view

Here's rendering a B/W mask from Mocha to use in Vegas, there's no on the fly editing of the mask once rendered out & added to Vegas but as i did in this vid below i saved the Mocha project, it's fairly easy to then open it again & change anything, using a mask you'll get full fps on the timeline,

BTW, i tried adding a png that just outlines the property (in an irregular, non rectangle style) but as the tracking rotates/pins the png it deforms the outline lines, making them fatter & thinner,

Thank you very much for the time and effort you put into this, I am going to work on my project this weekend. I really appreciate it!
