Movie Stdio won't finish the laoding process.

I have Movie Studio 17. When I try to open the program, it scans some of the plugin and then it disappears from the screen. When I try to uninstall it, it says I can't unintall it while it's running. How can I fix this problem?

It applies to VMS as well as Vegas Pro. Make sure you tick the box to clear the cache.
