13 worked for me for a while but seemingly now when I try to launch the program, both as an admin and normally, nothing happens.
It doesn't crash, it just never start at all.
Any help would be appreciated.
Currently running latest version of windows 10.
Try to reset all made changes and start as from the beginning by doubleclicking the startpic with holding CTRL- and Shift- button. Accept to "delete all cached application data".
I have tried this and the box did come up however the changes have made no difference sadly. Same thing as before, not launching at all.
