Movie studio 17 crashes when I try to open a file.

I just got Movie studio 17, I bought it to edit some zoom recordings I need to put together into one video. Every time I try to open one of them it just crashes. 'Movie studio has stopped working' It asks for info on what I was doing, I submit that and it all closes. I've tried different files. tried rebooting.

For help on this userforum we can only try to help you if you give more information, in particular
- Media Info of your sources

- the hardware you use: processor, amount of installed RAM memory, operating system version and build and used graphic processor

- version Platinum or Plain
