Hello. As of late I've been unable to open Movie Studio Platinum 13 (64-bit). I've tried pressing CTRL+Shift as I'm opening the program and I've tried reinstalling the program. Neither have worked. It's only a process that I can see in Task Manager that does nothing. No windows open up (including the startup) and even when I press CTRL+Shift it gives the same result. Would appreciate some help here.
