When I go into Movie studio Platinum 17, and go to new, media, are add media, and i choose a clip, video, etc, it pulls up ( Movie studio Platinum has stopped working, it also tells in message box to that engineer will try to resolve issue, u type in box whats going on in then it kicks me out. Also I have Uninstalled reinstalled at least 2wich and problem still occurs. Need help
