Movie Studio Platinum won't install

Hi everyone, I bought Movie Studio Platinum 14 from the website and when I downloaded the software I tried installing it. The screen comes up "Preparing files for installation" and then it goes away and nothing else happens. I tried doing it on an older computer (Windows 7) where my newer computer is Windows 10 and it worked on that computer. Does the program not work with Windows 10, or is it something with my computer?

The same things happen to me. It does not make any difference to execute as administrator. This also happens when I try to install vegasdvdarchitect.exe and musicmaker2017_dlm.exe. I just downloaded them, and they look surprisingly small to me, under 5 MB. Are these even the right files? I have Windows 10, 64-bit.

Thank you. I tried all the links on that page, and got frustrated as I was getting the same small files I got yesterday, which never got past the "Preparing files for installation" stage. I tried at least ten times then. But now I tried once more, and suddenly it worked. The full install files are downloading right now.
