Moving FX packages and presets from old PC to my new one

Hello! I just got my new PC and installed Vegas Pro 10. I used Vegas Pro 10 on my older PC so I thought it would be easier to transfer files. So I copied some of my presets and FX packages to the C:/USERS/PC/AppData (Roaming and Local) and opened Vegas, but they weren't showing up. Then I tried to create a new FX package in Vegas just to see where it saves it but I couldn't find it anywhere by the name I gave it in Vegas. What is going on? How can I get my presets to work?

Try the Sony Preset Manager. Download from here: http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/download/utilities
