MP3 files error

Hello I have a problem uploading the mp3 files to the timeline, when I use these files I do not hear only a noise I want to know if there is a solution, thanks

Issues with MP3 files (screeching sounds or no playback at all) is a occasional complaint with VP and SF. If the MediaInfo does indicate an issue with the file, search MP3 on this forum (and the Sound Forge forum). Reinstalling the software is 'usually' the remedy.
