MP4 importing only Audio

in the picture the file on left "Comeback" is the file that won't show video but the file on the right imports Audio Video NO Problem. I use the built in Windows 10 game capture DVR to record gameplay footage. I am using Sony Vegas Pro14. for the first time ever one of my captures is only showing audio NO VIDEO other captures recorded at same time import fine as have all my captures in the past this one file won't show video. The Video plays fine when opened in " movies and tv" as do all the other captures. all the properties are the same as others the ONLY significant difference I see in the properties from this video to others is it is only 22FPS but others at 25fps 28 fps etc. display and import properly. I have tried the remove compoundBLHABLAH.dll whatever file and it just crashed my sony vegas when I tried importing. I'm going to chalk this up to some weird alien conspiracy to prevent me from sharing a great game to youtube unless someone else has experienced this and found a simple fix without having to convert or re-wrap or whatever. thanks.

This might be your problem. As Vegas is a Pro level video application that is expecting video standards, that are well conformed. I would try different capture method and find one that produces video standards material.

I appreciate the reply, but would 4fps really make a difference? the two videos I show in pic side by side are only 4fps apart is there a minimum fps vegas recognizes? is there no way to set up the edit to account for the lower FPS?
