MP4 video files STOPPED displaying

Hi,

I have been using VEGAS pro for a while now but seem to have developed a serious issue.

I have been working on a project that included MP4 files. When I return to the project, the MP4 file is there, but sort of greyed out on the timeline like it's not there. I looked for the file in project media, it's there. I played the files outside of the program, its plays. I copied the files and replaced in project media - SAME ISSUE!

It could be something I am not doing but needless to say, it is driving me crazy!
PLEASE HELP!

Mp4 can have different codecs used for the video.
Not all codecs can be used in Vegas, so to help you we need the MediaInfo of that mp4.

At the moment, the forum has no idea about what Vegas Pro version and build that you are using, your computer / OS and detailed media (via MediaInfo), etc.

Not really. Please refer to the MediaInfo information which asks for a 'View' or 'Text' MediaInfo report which is far more detailed.

And please provide all the other requested information such as your computer details (including which OS) and which specific build of VP19 that you are using - 'all updated' is not specific with a build number given.

Edit: I now see that you have done most of that - thank you - but now for your computer specifiactions.
