MSV16Plat MP4 Problem.

I can not load my drone video to Vegas Movie studio 16 platinum. It will load the audio of the file just not the video.
is there a plug-in that is missing or a codec?? Been trying to figure this out for days.

MP4 file with 2.65 looks to me a videofile with HEVC encoding. That kind of file do load and edit in VMS 16 Pl , look

When you use that kind of file for the first time your computer has to be connected to the internet to activate the H265 codec.

It is connected to the internet.. it only shows the audio. And I’ve been reading some other post looks like it’s an encoding prob. Something about frame rates.. I’ll look into it but right now need to get to work. Thank You!

Also the video and audio work in VLC. So I know it has video but I will get the meta after work.. Thank You for the help!

This is not the MediaInfo asked at the given tutorial. Probably you missed this: "Open your file with it, and switch it to text view ("View" > "Text"

I’m not going to download anottttther program just to go through all the trouble of it still not working.. I changed my drone to mov file type.. and if that doesn’t work I’ll just stop using Vegas and buy a completely different program.
