New computer does not recognize video for editing

Hello I have a Vegas 14 platinum. Really happy for many years. Just Bought a new computer Window 11. Was able to load it to new computer. Then Loaded my videos in VLC files . But When I tried to do video editing. Was not able to do it. Error note: " AN ERROE OCCURRED WHILE OPENING FILE. THE FILE IS AN UNSUPPORTED FORMATE." What do I need to do to correct this? Thank.

Esp MediaInfo, download it, it's free https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo
After downloading, right click on the media in your Windows folder, open MediaInfo, choose Text from the View option, select all, copy & paste in a comment here,
