Good afternoon. I am looking to purchase/have built a new Desktop PC, has anybody any recommendations for either specifications on bespoke built one or an off the shelf model please? Main intensive use will be Vegas Post 19. Thank you and cheers John

& on this benchmark test in the Dropbox there's shreadsheets of others showing their render times & playback speeds, how accurate or true it is seems debatable but it'll give you an idea of peoples PC set-ups

With the cost of graphics cards now, if I were building, I would get a 12th gen i7 with iGPU, a really good air or AIO cooler, and wait for reality to come back to graphics card prices. Also, depending on how big and what format your projects are, at least 32GB RAM.

@pioneer109 ... although not related to hardware, consider staying with Windows 10 for the time being because Vegas Pro 19 does not as yet officially support Windows 11. Fortunately, W10 can be upgraded free to W11 when VP19 does support W11. From comments on the forum over recent months, there are many who have had no problems at all with Vegas Pro on W11, but many others have had a variety of problems that do not seem to be consistent user to user. This is just something to consider.
These guys are very good. I bought a system from them in Sept. Excellent service and quality. Then my neighbor bought a system from them about a month ago. Excellent again. They will customize and work with your needs. Price is very fair for quality (all name brand) components.
