NewBlue FX Filters 5 Ultimate won't install

Magix installation manager pops up and say an error occurred during transfer which cause the installation to stop etc. Everything else installed but this did not. What is wrong?

I downloaded again and executed the install wizard and it still has an error.

This is what I'm downloading. This is what happens when it comes to NewBlue. Everything else works fine.

I have done that also. I have tried it multiple times where I uncheck it all except the NewBlue .
