I am getting No Sound with "SolveigMM Video Splitter" cut video?

Has anyone found a solution? Who do i report it to?

Win7x32 Vegas Pro 11.700

Need to know what kind of file you are creating.

Support is at https://support2.magix.com/customer/en/request but you're likely to be recommended to upgrade to the current version.

If you upload a sample file, someone can test it in later versions of Vegas if you want.
