I've been using Vegas Pro 14 for around 2 years now with no issues. Yesterday, my presets suddenly disappeared and vegas won't let me create new ones. My "OFX Presets" folder with all my presets is still in Documents, but vegas just won't use it. Nothing happens when I try to create a new preset. I've tried messing around with the preset manager and the registry but nothing works.

Do you have a backup (image) that you can restore?

I have no backups of my drive afaik and I've already tried resetting vegas to no avail.
Update: After Effects is also giving me a warning telling me that it could not find the user documents directory as well, it's probably a windows issue but I have no idea how to solve it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.
Solved the issue! Turns out someone added a user to my computer and changed the documents in the registry to "Keith" and all i had to do was go into "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders" and set it to "%USERPROFILE%\Documents"
