Ogg Video Format and Vegas 14

I found ogg audio format in the render options but nothing for ogg video . What tool do people use to convert mp4 to ogg video format or is there another way? Thnaks.

But why using OGG (besides for live streaming)?

I am curious what OGG offers that more mainstream codecs do not.

Thanks for the reply. It is for live streaming. Can you point me towards any examples of how to use FFmpeg? Cheers.
