OT: need file merger utility

I need a small util to merge MXF files from my Canon XF 300 that will merge into one big file instead of 2GB chunks.

I used to use the mts-merger that is linked on dvinfo.net to merge AVCHD and other files, but it does not run on win 7 64.

Does anybody know of another util that will work?

hi bob - i do realise that the camera in question is a pretty serious one, that doesn't mean it's codec 'couldn't' be problematic in some circumstances (as is the case).

Thanks John - I actually downloades this as a trial, but it does not seem to convert MXF -> MXF, and I would like that, and therefore I think I'll stick to render out from Vegas itself to MXF, and hope for the smartrender to be faster in a future update of VP 11.

Sure a codec or an unusual implementations of it, can cause problems but that's not the case here. I'm fairly confident that Canon are using Sony developed and supplied encoder chips, the same as used in the NanoFlash.
