Some interesting stuff in this short YouTube series about the restoration of Beatles video and audio. The results, from what I've seen recently on YouTube, are excellent.

Below is part 2 (part 1 is fluff), and part 3 also deals with video restoration. Part 4 deals with audio remastering, and part 5 is about shooting a music video in the studio.

I'd be interested to know what the various programs are that they're using for video restoration.
