Use Track Motion for that instead.

Pan/Crop should be used for panning and cropping an event. It should also be used when zooming in on the event.

Track Motion is better for resizing/positioning.

@milan-z, Event Pan/Crop is the wrong tool for what you're trying to do. Use Track Motion or the Picture In Picture plug-in instead.

@gary-rebholz Because of the convenience of PIP handling motion, rotation, scaling, and motion tracking, it can really be the base property of every video event. Maybe Vegas should auto add PIP to the left of Pan/Crop of each timeline event by default, which would be friendlier to Vegas beginners, so that everyone would find it useful.
