You're not alone. I have gigabit, their server AS I TYPE is pumping out 110KB/sec...utterly ridiculous.

I installed the Internet Download Manager and was able to download the V20 and V19 updates.

While activating V19 it prompted me to install an update to the Deep Learning Modules but, as far as I know, there isn't an update for V19.

I've installed the V20 version already...is this sufficient?

@3d87c4 If you haven't already got Deep Learning Models 19.3 then you need https://dl04.magix.net/2021/VEGASPro19/Content/VEGAS_Deep_Learning_Models_19.3.0.0_INT_220420_15-23_BD4BF690.exe

Probably a very slow download at the moment though!

Thank you, @NickHope. I have that from the last V19 update and will re=install it.

I keep an archive of all the Vegas downloads (for the versions I own) just in case...

They are handy if/when I change computers or have to re-install things due to disk crashes, etc.

My current laptop has been trying to die for many months...

I was chagrined today to discover, after I'd spent hours downloading it, I already had the latest V20 deep learning models. I wish it had been made clear that the version from the last update could be re-installed.

So, I woke up this morning and saw that it finally downloaded around midnight. Took about 7 hours to complete. Really takes me back to my early PC days. Ah, memories. (Or lack of it)

10 seconds now from the Magix server for VP19 patch.... I guess they got things sorted out.

RogerS wrote on 5/5/2023, 10:43 AM

Looks like about 20 min here for the 19 patch vs ~8 hours yesterday (I gave up a few hours in).
