You should find the file "PE4VegasLoader14.dll" and move it to the directory "C:\ProgramData\Vegas Pro\Application Extensions\" so that all Magix Vegas can load it.

You may find that file in "C:\ProgramData\VEGAS Pro\17.0\Application Extensions\" or "C:\Program files\Red Giant\Pluraleyes 4\".
