It has a 30 days free trial period so you can check it out before purchasing. However, I do not know (doubt) that it comes in a language other than English.

I second for you to try Vegasaur's Preset Manager, unfortunately it is not a free solution.

If your preset file extension is .sfpreset, you can't import it with tools other than Preset Manager 2.0.

Preset Manager 2.0 is part of Movie Studio package, I believe. See if you have files on your computer named presetmngr20?.exe, where "?" is an alphabetical letter representing the version. That's the installer. I have versions "i" and "k". I just started playing around with it. Looks like it will pick up system effect chains that I created in Vegas at least. Drag and drop stuff. Open/Save .sfpreset files.

That isn't what Ian said, he said you need Preset Manager 2 to open .sfpreset files.
