I was using the latest version of vegaspro, but when I upgraded to Windows 11 the other day, Preset Manager 2.0 no longer started and presets could no longer be loaded. Is there any software that can load presets instead?

Vegasaur - a purchasable scripting add-on - has a Presets Manager: https://vegasaur.com/vegas-presets-manager as a feature in its Vegasaur Toolkit which has been designed specifically for Vegas Pro. It has a 30 days free trial period so you can check it out before purchasing. However, I do not know (doubt) that it comes in a language other than English.

I second for you to try Vegasaur's Preset Manager, unfortunately it is not a free solution.

Preset Manager 2.0 is part of Movie Studio package, I believe. See if you have files on your computer named presetmngr20?.exe, where "?" is an alphabetical letter representing the version. That's the installer. I have versions "i" and "k". I just started playing around with it. Looks like it will pick up system effect chains that I created in Vegas at least. Drag and drop stuff. Open/Save .sfpreset files.

Intel Core i7 10700K CPU @ 3.80GHz (to 4.65GHz), NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER 8GBytes. Memory 32 GBytes DDR4. Also Intel UHD Graphics 630. Mainboard: Dell Inc. PCI-Express 3.0 (8.0 GT/s) Comet Lake. Bench CPU Multi Thread: 5500.5 per CPU-Z.

That isn't what Ian said, he said you need Preset Manager 2 to open .sfpreset files.

Ooooooh that's right, I hadn't seen the "not", sorry, I don't speak English. 😅
