Problem Render as.. when update Vegas PRO 14 to build 252

Hello how to fix render as.. crash?

I do tests with (MainConcept AVC/AAC, Sony AVC/MVC and Windows Media Video V11) the result is the same stop render.

We make tests on 2 workstations with 2 different projects and the result is same.

How can fix this?

Very strange for me because the vga is quadro k4000m 8GB RAM. When disable the quadro the Xeon render with no problem! How can disable only in render? Because now I disable in all use of Vegas PRO 14 SUITE. I`m not found the option in render as.. menu.
