Problem starting new project

JUAN-PUENTES wrote on 8/1/2024, 8:57 PM

Good night, I hope you are well.
The reason for this publication is that today, August 1, I tried to start a new video project in the Sony Vegas version 2.1 (build 315) but the screen stays stuck and does not allow any option to be selected and I have to force it to close.
I tried restarting the computer but it doesn't work either and until yesterday, July 31, the program started a new project from scratch and now.

But I realized that if I open another project that I had previously saved, it does let me work but with a new one it doesn't work.

My computer has Windows 10 Pro, I have a Ryzen 5 5500 processor, an Nvidia 3060 graphics card, 16 gigabytes of RAM, a 500 gigabyte SSD

It worries me to think that I made a bad purchase with the Sony Vegas.

Sony Vegas version 2.1

??. Presumably you mean Vegas Pro 21? Sony haven't been involved with Vegas for several years now. From where did you obtain your "Sony Vegas"?

Good evening, maybe I expressed myself poorly because of the habit of always looking for Sony Vegas, but I am referring to the Vegas Pro 21 version which I bought legitimately with my money.

Sure, I have a Ryzen 5500 processor, an Nvidia 3060 graphics card, 16 GB of 3000 Hz RAM, a 120 GB SDD disk, a B550 A-PRO MSI motherboard with updated drivers.
