What format is your video and how was it recorded?

What GPU do you have and what driver version?

its mp4 and i used nvidia shadowplay

i have gtx 950, and the driver version is 390.65

Shadowplay footage is often troublesome in Vegas, but I haven't seen that exact issue with it. I'm afraid that I don't have anything to suggest beyond what is in that post I linked to. I should add Shadowplay to section 1. You can probably ignore sections 3-5. Section 13 lists some information you could post that may help others troubleshoot it, along with a link for making a support request.
