Problems downloading and installing Vegas Pro 20

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience, I bought Vegas edit 365, I received the email with the automatic installation guide and the link to download the program, the problem is that the program doesn´t work.

Opening the installation program: vegasedit365_dlm

I get the screen of the components I want to install:
- Vegas pro 20
- Vegas deep learning models

Select continue, and I need to wait for the download of the instalation components, the problem is that the download is stuck at 0% and suddenly it just stops downloading (it literally pauses), I hit the continue button and happens the same thing, stuck at 0% then it pauses, no matter how many tries you make.

I have tried compatibility mode, disabling antivirus and restarting my pc.

My specs are:

- Windows 11 Home
- Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H
- RTX 3060 for laptop.
- 16 GB RAM
- 500 GB SSD (I have enough space for the program)

Here no problem, look

You need to do this as adminestrator and you have to allow in Windows this program to connect to the internet.

It is already as administrator mode and I already followed your steps to let the app connect to the internet and it still does not work, any other suggestions?
