Promote Embedded Markers from File to Project?

In Media Studio Platinum 13 is it possible to promote embedded markers from a video file to the project timeline?

Without knowing what type of files you're importing, I'll risk the generic answer and say, yes, scene or chapter markers can be 'promoted' into SMSP.

Note :You may need to ensure you had installed a SxS UDF Driver before importing your video to your computer.

Without knowing more specs, I won't explain how for now.

The video files were rendered in Vergas Pro 11, they are Sony AVC format with the marker information embedded. I also have the .sfl files.

Vegas Pro has a script to do this. Vegas Movie Studio doesn't support scripts.

Oh, I misunderstood the original question. I thought you were asking about bringing 'markers' in with your camera media (which you can do without scripts BTW).

I've never have tried to import Vegas Pro files into Movie Studio applications so I guess I'm out on this thread. Good luck.
