If your DVD Architect is version 7 (released by MAGIX), follow the advice to de-activate any current activations via your MAGIX My Account.
However, if your DVD Architect is version 6 or earlier (released by Sony), you' need to follow the advice to contact support in order to get the installation count reset.
If you can't find the "uninstall" option in Windows' "uninstall a program" list, you might have to use CCleaner to "delete" the entry of it being installed from the system instead of just uninstalling it. It is probably a registery entry that is hard to delete manually. This can happen if you installed it on a drive that you no longer have attached, among other reasons.
In CCleaner go to Tools on the left > Uninstall > click on DVDA7 and then "Delete" NOT "uninstall".
