Might be able to do it with mocha pro remove module depending on what's going on behind it or photoshop some clean plates, or clone stamp in Hitfilm, is it a long clip have you got an example?

The one thing that may be helpful is the cam is pretty still. It was a stage/dance concert (3 hours) The stage line is just above where the stamp is so..because it's black it really shows up, but...it's not showing over any of the performers.

On the cheap, lets say your overlay is in a non-important dark area of the frame. Then what you do is create a custom mask of the same image type and density - a cutout of the original footage nearby - and then in overlay track mask your footage.

Is this going to look great? NO. It will be obvious to a trained eye what you did. On the other hand the casual viewer will not see the distraction of the text super - some viewers will consider it a distraction and some will not - so you will please half of your audience with a sort of feel good effort.

In general supers like this near the corner of a frame are not considered an important audience distraction - and combined with your logo watermark may have an enhanced production value.

You might get some satisfaction with the technique that John Meyer described in this thread.

You can see it allowed me to remove spots from the sky in a video. It's really simple once you get your head around it.

One simple technique I see used a lot to wrangle this with footage viewers submit for news etc. is a simple masked blur.

Duplicate track, add a fair amount of Gaussian Blur then add a soft edged mask around the offending area to reveal the unblurred original track below.
