Render Time has increased

My render speeds have increased from roughly 30-40 minutes for my podcast to 3-4 hours per episode. I attempted to go back to 21 and now its slow there as well. I have run test using the latest version of 21 and the new 22.

The videos are recorded on Zencastr but then processed to production standard on handbrake. I've included a link to a folder with all the files involved in the video that i'm attempting to render below. Just incase I'm using something I shouldn't be.

I don't have the best system but I believe its good enough to run this.

13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900KF 3.00 GHz

64.0 GB (63.8 GB usable)

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Windows 11 Pro

nvidia geforce rtx 4090

Any help with improving the render times would be appreciated.

On Vegas Pro 21-315 the root cause of much of the increase in render time appears to be the Color Grading Panel. Your curve didn't appear too radical to me.

I attempted to recreate your color grade using the older Color Curve fX with these results.

I was starting to think this as well. I didnt have nearly this bad of an issue with the render time when editing a vlog i shot with footage that wasn't in Log, but in the color and left as is. I'll experiment with this next. Thanks for calling this out!
