The way I do it with my Radeon RX480 is render a 1080p and 2160p version at the same time using VCE.

When rendering videos it uses 90% of my CPU and 10% of my GPU. I have a i7-9700k CPU and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080ti. Is there a way to use more GPU resources to render faster?

Depends also on type of sourcefiles, projectproperties, added extra's and rendertemplate.

Any source, don't matter here. As long I render it to AMD VCE MP4 I will get this ranges of CPU/GPU usage. In case you are wonder what files was it? . GH5, GoPro 7 NX1, XT3 DJI EOS-R FS7 S1H, 5D3. I see no difference. Both my my systems AMD system and Intel i7 system getting this range.
