I presume from your first post that you use Vegas Pro 16 latest build 361.
Looks to me that are the internet HD templates of Magix AVC or Magix HEVC that suites your projecttypes the most. For me the Nvidia NVENC ones are the fastest and best.

Since I have an AMD Radeon RX480, for me, the Magix AVC/AAC MP4, Internet HD 1080p "your frame rate here" (AMD VCE) render templates are the "fastest and best". I can match or beat the quality with other encoders, but I can't beat the quality and speed. I've not used HEVC.

Magix AVC 1080 p seems to work fine. Disable resample. Sony AVC is fine too but renders slower. If you shoot in 10 bit video, then you can also render in 32 bit float video.
