Rippling waves transition?

I've seen a nice transition/effect on the Mac, possibly available even in I-movie, that has rippling waves radiating outwards from the centre of the screen. Does anyone know of a plugin for Vegas that includes this?

I had one of these kits all set up, ready for download. Now i can't find it on my server. I'll look for it on backups when i get home tonight.

Boris Red 3GL has *very* nice incarnations of this, but that's lot of money to spend for a transition... :)
