s/n for activation fails with error -14

Having bought (Magix) Vegas Movie Studio 17 Platinum I have downloaded, installed and activated the main editing program.
But trying to launch the companion disc authoring app DVD Architect (v7 bld 100) demands a s/n to activate. Using the same # as the one supplied with VMS17 gets me nowhere - it says "invalid number" error -14. I have no other s/n available. What now?

DVDA has a separate serial number which should have been provided to you. Possibly there's some confusion as DVDA has recently been dropped from Platinum and Suite. There's another recent thread where another user has the same problem. Nevermind - my bad! I have FOUND the separate s/n to activate DVDA v7.100, it was down at the very bottom of my email that included the info for the other 4 apps from Vegas. I just hadn't scrolled down far enough to see it before.
