Saving to a maximum file size

I have a panasonic HD camera and am looking for a rendering setting that will generate a file small enough to be posted to YouTube or similar service. I've just upgraded from Pinnacle 11. I can't find anywhere that indicates what the file size will be if I select the various templates. I tried using DV settings to reduce the file size but a 120 second snippet is still 410 MB! A file this size (windows avi) would be 10-15 MB in Pinnacle. Any suggestions?

YouTube are currently asking for 640 x 480 size.

Here is my method for how to prepare video for YouTube from Sony Vegas. It uses all free tools but is rather involved. After upload YouTube will encode your video to Flash Video on their servers.

All this effort might not seem worth the effort but note that YouTube store your uploaded files in their original format and are currently experiementing with high definition versions (try adding &fmt=18 or &fmt=6 to some YouTube URLs to see AVC/AAC versions etc.), so the quality should be worth it in the long run.
