Screen tearing after rendering video

Everytime I render a video in 4k 60fps the finished video has screen tearing and stuttering when the original source video has none of that. I'm recording gameplay video.

Vegas 19, CPU I7 12700k , GPU RTX 3070TI , RAM 32GB DDR 5, Windows 11

Post Mediainfo report for your source and your rendered video.

Possible framerate mismatch, among other possibilities, us having more details on the media will help isolate it. See John's link above.
