It reveals an extra "internal" tab but there's nothing in there to change to improve performance on those processors unless you have dual quad cores. i.e. 8 cores

But nick is implying that when you have a quad core there are some settings you can change to take advantage of the 4 cores.

Is this doable or perhaps nick is wrong?

NO -he has stated, right or wrong, that there are settings that might help an 8 core machine. 8 NOT 4. Reread his post.
