Shuttle Pro 2 with Vegas Pro 19

I have been using the Shuttle Pro 2 with Vegas Pro 19 with no issues. I am now installing the Vegas Pro 19 in a new laptop (Dell XPS17) along with the Shuttle Pro 2. The Vegas Pro 19 software works fine. The Shuttle Pro 2 driver was downloaded, and it is responding within the Contour Shuttle Design Configuration box, in other words the shuttle, pause start/start, etc are all shown and the buttons in the Contour Design box are responding appropriately. However, Shuttle P2 is not responding with Vegas Pro 19 program. I can unplug the Shuttle Pro 2 from the new Laptop and plug it into the old laptop which also has Vegas Pro 19, and it works great with the old laptop.

I have searched all the menus within Vegas Pro 19 on the new laptop for something I may have turned on or off. No joy.

Vexing for sure. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Did you ask the shuttle pro forum? They were helpful for me in the past.

Export your Vegas Pro 19 settings from the Contour Shuttle Control Panel on your old laptop, copy the file to your new laptop, and import the settings in the Contour Shuttle Control Panel on your new laptop. With Vegas Pro 19 settings manually selected in the Contour Shuttle Control Panel (dropdown list), check that the application setting actually points at C:\Program Files\VEGAS\VEGAS Pro 19.0\vegas190.exe (Options button - Change target application). Then you should be good to go.
