Simple way to speed up video and audio in rendered file?

Is there a simple way to speed up portions of a clip, both video and audio, in the rendered file? I realize the audio pitch will change, that’s OK.

I see it regularly on YouTube videos and am looking for a quick easy way to speed up portions in the rendered file.

Hold the Control key and drag the right edge of the clip to the left. You'll see a squiggly line in the clip.

Select the best method to resample audio.
