The only effect I have is the Border.

I uninstalled and reinstalled build 302. I still have the flicker!

Which VP version and build were you using when previously you didn't have the flicker?

I did notice when I reinstalled the 302 version I did not have any addons ( a very fast install) So I now am back to the latest version as I don't know how to get my old version back. I have since noticed if I run just the track with the blurred border fx the border gradually gets bigger until I have a completely black screen!

Well that did something, now the image fades away even when it is not solo and now it dont come back unless I restart the program! If I change the boarder to solid or beveled it is fine. Just the blurred one that is a problem.

I am now back to the 302 version, I installed it without uninstalling the add-ons. Still have same problem.

I shut down the program after trying different ways to get a blurred boarder (cookie cutter actually worked with feather but you are stuck with fixed shapes so no good).

Then I restarted the program to see if it did the same thing when dragging through the time line with the mouse and it was fine! So I clicked play and all my problems have gone away. Just one last test, closed program, started it up again and just clicked play (thinking it may have been the dragging with mouse that solved the issue) and it works fine, as if nothing was ever wrong!

I did notice when I started the program it no longer askes me if I want the new version, i have checked i defiantly have 302.
